Our hooded sprayer is used in plasti-culture to spray between the plastic, killing weeds in the middle. The 110 Gallons 3 point is the standard size. Hoods consist of heavy duty string skirt, flat polyethylene top with three nozzles to give double coverage underneath the hood. Features gauge wheels to hold the hood at a certain height to make sure that the operator sprays all of the area in between the plastic.

A standard vegetable sprayer has a left and right boom. One side is set up for tomatoes with drops and the other side all vegetables with double swivel nozzles. Tank sizes range from 150 gallons to 1000 gallons and can be made as a pull or three point unit, utilizing Udor pumps for great reliability.

Greensbooms for the golf course or the turf care industry feature seven nozzles spaced 10 inches apart with air induction nozzles for big, air filled drops for less drift, a glycerin filled gauge, Teejet 43 gun valve trigger gun and large 16.5x6x5 tires. Frames are available in either steel or aluminum. This unit is also useful for lawn care maintenance.

Golf course fairway sprayers are available in a variety of sizes from 200 gallons to 500 gallons with wide tires for flotation over turf. Booms normally run between 12 and 21 feet. They can be either manual or hydraulically folded. We can offer tilt or boom lift on each wing, rate controllers, foam marker, GPS speed and guidance and many other options on these sprayers.

Reel caddies are available with
Hannay reels, 18.5×8.5×8 tires and clevis hitch. This unit consists of the reel, the cart and a 7 foot jumper hose to get to your irrigation riser. The hose is extra and can be either a green, turf friendly, vinyl coated hose or a red rubber one inch hose. The reel will hold approximately 125 feet of either one.

We build roadside sprayers to roadway sprayers with injection, rate control, guidance, eyewash stations and stands for easy storage.  Many options available include Radiarc, electric valves and regulators, multiple tanks, chemical injection, clean water and more.

Tracking wagons are available where the back wheels will follow the front wheels in a nursery situation for tight turns in corners. These units are available with anything from a 55 Gallons round tank through a 200 Gallons elliptical tank. Options are Udor Kappa 43GR mounted to a Honda industrial engine, 1 or 2 reels can be mounted on the frame, the reels can be manual or electric. Hose sizes from 3/8 to 1/2 inch, hose lengths varying from 50 to 300 feet are normal.

These sprayers are a combination of several different types in our lineup. Our heavy duty Poultry Quick Wash has many features that you will enjoy beginning with our Udor diaphragm pump rated at 46 gallons per minute at 700 PSI. We also offer, on our poultry washer, four side wall nozzles to clean curtains and side walls. Two overhead nozzles on the poultry washer clean ceilings, then invert the nozzles to spray the floor with disinfectant. We use all crimped hydraulic fittings in all of our pressure hoses. 500 gallon elliptical tank keeps a low profile to clear waterers and feed lines and 11L 15 tires mounted on heavy duty hubs. A spring loaded reel on the rear and hand gun allows the operator to wash fans and other equipment inside or outside of the house. Our economy poultry washer model offers the same great features as the large washer but with a 36 gallon per minute, three cylinder diaphragm pump.

We offer a wide range of tank sizes in a three point or pull type sprayer with booms of any length up to 90 feet. Forty-five and sixty feet booms are front folded in a compact fashion. Booms are available in manual or hydraulic fold, either with the tractor hydraulics or on a joystick where one remote works several functions. Various options are available, ranging from foam markers, electric valves, electric pressure regulators, rate control, GPS guidance and boom section control. Pumps can be PTO roller, PTO centrifugal or hydraulic centrifugal.

This is not your cheap throw away model that you might get at a discount store. These are heavy duty, ready to work spot sprayers for the people who rely on their equipment to work. Spot sprayers are built with the same components that we use in our regular heavy duty sprayers and will give you many years of reliable service. We use Shur Flo pumps in either 1.8 or 3.0 gallons per minute with 15 feet of hose, and a high quality hand gun. Spot sprayers can be adapted to our four nozzle boom or boomless kit.

Our pasture sprayers are offered in three point or pull type configurations either with booms or boomless. The three point is offered with 55 to 300 Gallons tanks and the pull in 55 to 500 Gallons tanks. They are mainly used in spraying hay lands and pastures. Many options are available such as electric valves, regulators, spray guns, foam markers, etc.
